3)  Call for Institute Forum (19 March 2025 at 13:30 - 15:00 hrs)

Dear Faculty and Staff,

In October 2024, I established two task forces to facilitate the implementation of changes at AIT: Task Force 1, which focuses on academic, research, and outreach, and Task Force 2, which addresses administrative and academic governance. Both task forces have submitted their recommendations. To ensure a shared understanding of the new academic structure proposed by Task Force 1 prior to its implementation, I would like to convene a meeting to articulate the concept and action plans associated with this new structure. Professor Manukid, our newly appointed Vice President for Academic and Research and the leader of Task Force 1, will deliver a presentation on the new academic structure. This will be followed by a question and answer session.
