AIT has published its Annual Report 2023 and Sustainability Report 2023.
The AIT Annual Report 2023 highlights the Institute’s continued success in forging productive partnerships and achieving impactful milestones with esteemed global collaborators.

4) Personal data for 2024 Income Tax calculation
Email from OHRS on 11 September 2024
In order to ensure that your personal income tax complies with the Tax Regulations, it is important for us to have accurate records of your personal data in our system. Please log in to the following web link https://hris.ait.ac.th using your AIT email account credentials, and click on "View Employee Profile" to update your personal data.
Please kindly review and update the following as needed.
1. Contact information: personal phone number and residence address
2. Passport number and details of your dependents. Please ensure that the information regarding your child and spouse in the system is up to date. If they are studying or working in Thailand or abroad, kindly update the system accordingly.
3. Next of Kin: make sure that you have provided all the necessary details in the "Next of Kin" section. The next of kin should not be the same person listed as your direct dependent in HRIS. In the event of an emergency when you are incapacitated or if there are no other family members with you, the next of kin will be contacted by AIT.
Any changes in your personal data from the previous to the current year should be supported with documents in hard copies. These include passport copy, marriage certificate, child's birth certificate, house registration as well as receipts of investment in retirement mutual fund (RMF), personal health insurance, and personal long-term life insurance. Please submit it to Khun Lalana in the Office of Human Resources Services (OHRS), Room 223, Second Floor of the Administration Building by 11 October 2024.
5) Extended Library Hours until 1 AM (13 - 26 September 2024)

4) International Workshop on Climate-Smart Agriculture (29-30 October 2024)
We would like to remind you about the deadline for submissions of extended abstract for the upcoming International Workshop on Climate–Smart Agriculture: Best Practices and Lessons Learned, scheduled to take place from 29 to 30 October 2024 at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) Conference Centre, AIT, Pathum Thani, Thailand.

This international workshop is part of the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Technical Assistance (TA-9993) to Thailand, in Nan Province, on Climate Change Adaptation in Agriculture for Enhanced Recovery and Sustainability of Highlands.
The 2-day international workshop will address multifaceted aspects of climate-smart agriculture with an overall aim to provide a platform for exchanging innovative ideas, technologies, and methodologies, fostering stakeholder collaboration and networking, and catalyzing the adoption of climate-smart agriculture practices in highland regions. It will also share the experience gained from the implementation of the TA-9993 in Nan province of Thailand.

Extended Abstracts
Extended Abstracts are invited from organizations and professionals working in climate-smart and sustainable agriculture in HIGHLANDS. The abstract should be directly aligned with one or more themes and subthemes of the workshop and must not exceed 1000 words. It should be based on existing/completed work and not on proposed work. Furthermore, submissions that focus on practical implementation promoting evidence-based technology adoption and policy outcomes will be given preference. The work must focus on HIGHLAND AGRICULTURE. The Call for Extended Abstracts and the Template for Extended Abstracts can be downloaded below.
