Investment is ultimately about identifying and assessing changes in an asset’s value over time. Analyzing this value is a complex challenge, and involves different perspectives on value, including aspects known as intrinsic value, relative value, and contingent value amongst others.
Those taking this course will be able to:
- Demonstrate complete knowledge and comprehension of the theory and practice of asset valuation, with a particular focus on a comprehension of issues that too often lead to its pitfalls.
