Directly logging in to AIT's Gmail from Gmail
Dear users
In addition to the existing interface for logging in to AIT's Gmail (i.e. https://ait-gmail.ait.asia or https://g.ait.asia ), starting from 8 June 2015, you will also be able to login to AIT's Gmail (and other Google Apps) directly from Gmail (https://gmail.com ) by entering your username with @ait.asia domain (e.g. username@ait.asia ). This direct login will simplify AIT's Google Apps access from smart phones and tablets.
Please note however, if you change your password from within Gmail, the new password will not be synchronized with that of your AIT's login account (which you use to login to internal applications such as SIS or HRIS). But if you change your password using AIT's Change Password interface at https://ait-gmail.ait.asia or https://g.ait.asia , the new password will be reflected in both your AIT's login and Gmail account. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use only AIT's Change Password interface when changing your password.
Please contact Helpdesk if you encounter difficulty.
