Promotion of Dr. Yuosre Badir to the rank of Associate Professor

AIT President Worsak Kanok-Nukulchai on December 19, 2014 approved the promotion of Dr. Yuosre Badir to the rank of Associate Professor in the School of Management (SOM), taking into account the recommendations of the Faculty Evaluation Panel (FEP) and the SOM Faculty Evaluation Committee.

Dr. Badir joined AIT as an Assistant Professor in the School of Management in August 2008. He obtained both his Ph.D. in Management of Technology and Master’s in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, EPFL, Lausanne, Switzerland in 2006 and 2000, respectively. Prior to this, he also gained his Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Putra Malaysia (UPM), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia In 1998. Dr Badir graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of the University of Garyounis, Benghazi, Libya for his B.Sc., Civil Engineering, major in Project Management in 1993. Dr. Yuosre Badir’s research encompasses the areas of Technology, International Strategic Alliance, Organization Theory and Design.
