URGENT and FINAL REMINDER: Online Performance Appraisal 2015 (covering the period 1 July 2014-30 June 2015)
All concerned immediate Supervisors and Unit Heads of direct-hire (centrally-funded) staff members pleased be reminded that the online performance appraisal for this year 2015, covering the period from 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2015 has been re-opened until 15 September 2015.
The online system can be accessed through the “PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL” link in the HRIS menu (https://hris.ait.ac.th ). The immediate supervisors can complete the individual Performance Appraisal Reports for all the employees under their supervision, and individually (electronically) submit them. The Unit Heads shall then review and endorse all completed Performance Appraisal Reports not later than 15 September 2015.
Please note that those with no performance evaluations will not be considered for any performance-based merit payments and/or salary increments.
2016 budget timetable: IMPORTANT
Please be informed that the Audit Committee and Executive Committee will have much earlier meetings this year to review and endorse the annual budget 2016.
Therefore, Schools, cost centers and units need to strictly follow the timetable.
Delay of submission of even one unit will hold the consolidated Institute budget and will affect the consequence timetables. In this situation, 2016 budget of that unit will be referred at the same level as 2015 for AIT management to approve.
