3) Influenza and Covid-19 Vaccination for the AIT Community
Email from the Office of Human Resources Services on 31 May 2023
As part of the Institute’s commitment to promoting the health and well-being of its community, we have partnered with B-Care Hospital to offer influenza and Covid-19 vaccination program to our AIT Community.
Flu is a contagious respiratory illness caused by influenza viruses that infect the nose, throat, and sometimes the lungs. It can cause mild to severe illness, and at times can lead to death. Most people who get the flu need several days off from work and risk spreading the illness to their family and friends. People with other health problems are also at risk of severe illness which may require hospital care. The best way to prevent flu is by getting a flu vaccine each year. Vaccination has been shown to have many benefits including reducing the risk of flu illnesses, hospitalizations, and even the risk of flu-related death in children.
B-Care Hospital will come to AIT to administer influenza and/or Covid-19 vaccination. The quoted price below is for 100 participants, the price will change if there are less than 100 participants.
Influenza Vaccine (Sanofi) |
Baht 450/person |
|
Covid-19 (Moderna or Pfizer) |
Baht 320/person |
If you wish to participate in this program, please pay first at the Cashier - Finance Office located on the ground floor of the Administration Building and register through the respective links above.
