1. Change in Cafeteria Cash Card System to Direct Payment to Cafeteria

 Email from Director of OFAM on 30 June 2023
 
Please be informed that starting from 1 July 2023, AIT Cafeteria will cease using the cash card system. Customers can now pay by cash, scan a QR code, or direct bank transfer to the vendor's shop directly.
 
For the remaining cash value in the AIT Cafeteria Card or Faculty ID/Staff ID/Student ID Card, you have until 31 July 2023 to get your refund at the AIT Cafeteria cashier.
 
Please be guided accordingly.
 

2. Internet FTTH services in residential areas taken over by Helpdesk from AIS

Starting from 1 July 2023, Helpdesk will take over the FTTH based Internet services from AIS. Therefore, from 1 July 2023, please contact Helpdesk if you have any problem with Internet connection in your dorm/house and do not contact AIS anymore.

2) Professional Development Course on “Carbon Markets and Climate Finance” 

Climate finance provides the means to the implementation of projects, carbon pricing provides the incentive to mobilize the most “cost-effective” mitigation options. Carbon pricing can be a source of climate finance: with emissions trading through the auctioning of allowances, with carbon tax through tax levied, revenues raised can be used for adaptation and/or mitigation activities.
